To support the efforts of caregivers and the welfare of patients in Hubei province impacted by the coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, Agfa has donated 5 million RMB in medical equipment to hospitals in the area. The equipment, which includes 50 medical film printers and 500 boxes of medical dry film, will provide important medical assistance, while also demonstrating Agfa’s concern and care for the people directly affected.
The choice of hospitals and equipment was made in consultation with Agfa’s dealer in Hubei province, WuHan Hao Le Si Company. The first equipment, including 5 DRYSTAR printers and 100 boxes of DT2B film, was delivered to the WuHan Vulcan Mountain Hospital on 1 February. Thanks to the dedication of the Agfa and WuHan Hao Le Si teams, the printers were in operation the next day. Other hospitals in the province will be receiving their equipment soon.

All of us at Agfa are affected by the hardships being faced by medical personnel and patients alike in the epidemic area.
