Agfa’s North America Service and Consultant Team recently accomplished a DR floor-mounted 400 room installation in record time. Brendan Conley, Jeremy French, Steve Catches, Marc Long and Mike Isabella went above and beyond to a new Agfa partner, Sage Memorial Hospital in Arizona. The site is located in one the US’ COVID-19 hot spots – a large Navajo Indian area with neighboring hot spot, Albuquerque a short distance away.
The team planned and installed the floor-mounted DR 400 room on an extremely tight timeline after the installers drove over 19 hours to get to the site in order to avoid flying and rooming in a hotel that was open to only essential workers (45 minutes away from the site). Open lines of communication with the Sage Memorial staff were the key to making on site staff comfortable with the accelerated project requirements. After a few calls and visits, our team became a trusted advisor to the site in a short period of time!
