Dear customers,
Dear partners,

The Agfa-Gevaert Group is closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on our supply chain, production and service organizations across the world. We feel deeply committed to support you and the communities you serve, and we take all measures necessary to guarantee that we can keep supplying and supporting you, while protecting the health and safety of our employees.

To help stop the further spread of the virus, we follow up all hygiene, social distancing and travel guidelines laid out by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We complement these with all local governmental recommendations and requirements.

This means we have implemented a travel ban for our employees, except for mission critical client assignments, and that they are working from home as much as possible. External visits to our offices are limited to product deliveries and essential meetings only, and specific site entry restrictions apply.

We want to ensure business continuity to the highest level as possible. We are in solidarity with you and will support you as much as possible, without compromising the safety of your employees and ours. In this context, we will advance projects and conduct business by phone or remote (web/video) conferencing tools. We will intervene on site only for emergency situations and any intervention will be closely coordinated and monitored.

We will strive to deliver your machines and consumables on time. In case of any delay we will contact you personally. Your service team can be reached remotely in case of emergencies.

These are challenging times, but we can face them through enhanced solidarity. In the coming days and weeks, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and to adjust our policies and provide updates as needed. We are confident that we are doing the right thing and that we will come out of this situation stronger.

Take care of yourself and stay safe and healthy.
