Continuous education and training on professional selling skills are an important element for the success of our sales team. Agfa is committed to do a substantial investment in the development of its sales capabilities.

Our Chinese organization took the lead in co-operation with the Global training team to develop and implement a training program for professional selling skills. The full sales team in China will participate in this program with various training activities spread over the full year.

It is a skill based training program with focus on practical exercises to learn how to explore the customers’ needs and how to articulate the value of our solutions for these customers.

The first 3 class room training sessions have been delivered recently by Catherine Zhou, China Training Manager, in the Shanghai office.

本次培训项目以销售技能为基础、实践练习为重点,学习如何了解探索客户的需求,以及如何向客户证明解决方案的价值。
