Www.myprevena.gr recently published a story on a DR 600 installation in the University Hospital of Ioannina (UHI), Greece.
According to the article, the Agfa DR 600 ceiling suspended DR system was chosen because of its modern technology, flexibility and automated workflow. Hospital staff can now spend more time with the patient and less on exam preparations. The ZeroForce technology of the system ensures quick and almost effortless movements of the tube head, wall stand and table in all different directions.
Also the full body x-ray examinations of spine and lower extremities – exclusively performed for the area by the UHI – using Agfa’s Full Leg Full Spine (FLFS) technique has been upgraded with greater accuracy and lower radiation dose for the patient.
