Today is #WomensEqualityDay. On this day, we pay tribute to the achievements of the trailblazers of former generations who fought for equal representation and rights. As a company, we celebrate the women who work with us as researchers, engineers, technicians, health experts and more.
Despite the celebrations, this day also reminds us of how there is still far to go in improving women’s representation and rights around the world. We support the continued empowerment of women and we actively strive to eliminate inequality in order to move to a more just future. This is reflected in our equal employment and zero discrimination policies.*
